Flipper Appraiser The appraiser then is instructed to appraise the home at its inflated value and present this fake appraisal to the mortgage broker. Flipper Mortgage Broker The mortgage broker packages a loan for the new buyer, relying on state income that a made up income documents, and the deal closed. Flipper Profits The new buyer appraiser mortgage broker and investor then divied up the proceeds among themselves, with the bulk of the profit going into the investors or agents pocket. Flipper Resale The investor then puts the Flipper Houses on the market and sell it to a real buyer,flipping houses letting the new old buyer sign the deed over to the newer buyer.
